Code of Conduct

HRP Enterprises LLC ยท Last updated: October 26, 2026

This Code of Conduct is part of the Agreement described in the Program Terms. It applies to every Participant, including Clients and Team Members, in every Program space: live sessions, Telegram, the HRP Programs Hub and direct messages between Participants.

Programs depend on Participants being able to bring real calls, real numbers and real challenges into the room. This code protects that.

A Professional Conduct

Participants shall treat the host, the HRP team and other Participants with respect. Respectful disagreement, honest feedback and raising concerns are welcome. Participants address the issue, not the person.

B Prohibited Conduct

Participants shall not harass, bully, threaten or discriminate against anyone; make personal insults or ridicule others; send spam or unsolicited sales messages to other Participants; recruit Participants for competing programs; disrupt sessions; or record, screenshot or transcribe sessions, including with AI note-takers, without Company's written permission.

C Session Standards

Participants use Zoom Q&A for questions during teaching, give others room to speak, and follow the direction of the host or moderator. Telegram discussions stay on topic.

D Private Information

Participants share only calls, transcripts, recordings and company information they are authorized to use, and remove customer and employee details that are not needed before sharing or uploading them. Participants never share passwords or credentials, and keep what other Participants share inside the Program unless those Participants give permission.

E Individual Access

Each Participant uses their own login and, for ASE Team Members, their own assigned Seat. Participants do not share session links, recordings or Company Materials with anyone who is not enrolled. Replays are watched inside the HRP Programs Hub.

F Reporting a Concern

Participants report behavior or concerns to support@hrpenterprises.co or the Program's support channel. No one may target or pressure a Participant for raising a concern in good faith.

Warnings and Removal

G Serious Misconduct

Serious Misconduct means threats, harassment, discrimination, sharing another Participant's private information, or illegal conduct. Serious Misconduct may lead to immediate removal without prior warnings.

H Effect of Removal

Removal ends the Participant's access to the Program. Fees are not refunded, except where the law requires, and any unpaid Fees remain due.

I Team Members

Clients are responsible for the conduct of the Team Members using their Seats.
